Secure portal for customers to register their Tefal, Krups and Rowenta
Groupe SEB, a leading worldwide manufacturer of small domestic appliances and cookware, famous for household brand names including Tefal, Jamie Oliver, KRUPS, Nespresso, Rowenta and Moulinex.
Our client required us to build a platform where consumers can register their Tefal, Krups or Rowenta products.
The application needed to allow customers to look up their products and enter their details. It was then necessary for the Groupe SEB customer services team to log into a backoffice portal to view customer registrations. The key objectives were to:
- Produce an easy to use interface for customers to register their products.
- Pull in product data and model numbers from a centralised database.
- Provide an efficient portal for the customer services team to view and manage product registrations.
- Allow proof of purchase files to be uploaded to the system.
Working closely with the Groupe SEB team, Dodec provided an online registration portal for customers to register their Tefal, Krups and Rowenta products.
After registering their account, customers fill out a simple online form with their product details, the details are then saved to the application database. The online portal also allows customers to upload proof of purchase documents, sign up for exclusive offers and promotions and manage their account details.
Customers may return to the application at any time and log in to add new products or edit existing products.
The Groupe SEB customer services team have access to an online backoffice application to manage the product registrations. The backoffice application allows customer service agents to look up and view registrations, edit details and send notes to the customer.
